Food was superb ! Enjoyed the sushi. The service was prompt . The price was affordable

So glad we have such a great sushi place in our neighborhood! They have an extensive menu of sashimi, sushi, rolls, and more. They have interesting vegetarian specials too. We've dined at oh baby sushi 4 times and everything we've tried there was always delicious

We visited Oh Baby Sushi at their Redwood City outlet on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It was so much easier than going for dinner and having to wait! Our server was very helpful and kind, and provided us with some great recommendations. We tried their avocado maki, vegan Tiger rolls, and veggie spicy rolls. My husband and I enjoyed the Tiger rolls and veggie spicy rolls so much! Nice cozy restaurant tucked in a beautiful redwood city neighborhood, absolutely loved it!

Wow, this spot has been added to the rotation in a heartbeat! When we chose to grab takeout from this place I didn't realize that I had been here before. And then after remembering, I wondered why I never left a review the first time because I loved it! This review will only be about this recent takeout food though. Double toro roll: super great, toro was soft and i really liked the wasabi topping and the surprise mango slice inside! (i didn't read the roll's description fully, but was pleasantly surprised!) Spider roll: pretty standard spider roll, wrapped in seaweed with rice on the inside Oh baby roll: this was super yummy, had all my favorites in a roll :) Deluxe Chirashi: THIS was phenomenal! The quality of fish was so great and I love the things they paired the fish with. For instance the seared salmon toro with the grated wasabi, the shiso leaves, the ikura, the dollop of sauce with the slice of jalapeño... it was all so good! Honestly this would probably be my go to every time, it was so good! We had a minor speed bump with the pickup as they had a little bit of trouble finding our order as the girl had spelled my name wrong in their system and apparently took my number down wrong as well, even though she had read it back to me correctly over the phone. But after 10 seconds of panic that I had ordered at a different location, they found our order. Regardless, will be returning soon hopefully hahaha

I was visiting from out of town and a friend took me here and it did not disappoint! I thought all the rolls were great, the sushi taco especially stood out to me. They have great vegetarian options but I liked the non veg rolls too. It's a small space, but we came around 1:30 pm and immediately got seated. The staff was nice and overall I would come back.

Oh Baby Sushi is located in a very unsuspecting part of Redwood City. My husband and I were driving based on the directions Google Maps gave us and it took us through a random neighborhood that ended at a small plaza where Oh Baby Sushi was. The parking itself isn't much spaces especially during a busy Friday night so parking could take a minute or two. They have both indoor and outdoor dining but we opted for inside and were seated right away. Their menu is extensive and separated by categories which helped us narrow down our decision. We opted for their agedashi tofu, omakase, and two different rolls and that was enough food for the two of us. Service was on point - they checked in on us regularly and asked if everything was good. Despite it getting busy later in the night, we didn't feel rushed to leave or anything which I appreciated. Overall, the food was good, although it is pretty expensive compared to other sushi places we've been to so this location won't be our regular place, but for special occasions... get that omakase.

Oh Baby is BY FAR our absolute favorite place to eat veggie sushi, whether it be dine-in or takeout, even though we live in the South Bay. The flavors and creativity are on point, not just your basic avo-cuke roll. I love a thoughtful vegan menu! Our favorites are the Call Me Nuts, Big Daddy, and Veggie Tiger rolls. Miso soup is always a good starter and the agedashi tofu remains crispy with a flavorful broth. Haven't had anything I didn't like so far, and the service is consistently stellar!

Oh Baby Sushi has a great Chirashi that normally comes in a wooden bowl with all the fixings. See the photo that isn't in the to-go plastic bowl used during COVID. The deluxe chirashi is expensive but it comes with more than 15 pieces consisting of Sea Urchin, Hokkaido Scallops, Spotted Shrimp, (Shrimp comes with Edible Crispy Fried Shrimp Head), Salmon Roe Caviar, Chef Choice Fresh Fish Belly of the Day, Different Kinds of Chef Choice. It's small inside so come prepared for limited seating options.
